Is the massage covered by health insurance?
Yes – certain massages such as therapeutic massage, classic massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, foot reflexology, or Thai massage may be covered by your supplemental health insurance.

Please check in advance with your insurance provider whether your therapist (Thidaporn Hess) and ZSR number (H037964) are recognized.
What is a ZSR number?
The ZSR number is the official therapist registration number required for health insurance reimbursement. You can request it from us at any time to clarify coverage with your supplementary insurance.
How does the billing with the health insurance work?
You will receive a reimbursement receipt from us. Please check with your supplementary insurance provider before the treatment whether your therapist is recognized (Thidaporn Hess & ZSR number H037964).
What is the difference between wellness and therapeutic massage?
Therapeutic massage is individually tailored, documented, and can be reimbursed if covered by your supplementary insurance. Wellness massage is primarily for relaxation and is not eligible for reimbursement.
What happens if my supplementary insurance doesn't cover the costs?
In that case, the treatment will be considered a regular wellness massage – at a correspondingly lower rate. The difference compared to the therapeutic massage cannot be reimbursed.
How long does a massage session last?
Our treatments last 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on your booking. Therapeutic sessions also include a brief medical history intake and a short rest period afterward.
Is Thai massage painful?
Traditional Thai massage can be intense but should never feel painfully uncomfortable. We adjust the pressure according to your individual comfort – please feel free to give feedback at any time.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes – we offer specially adapted pregnancy massages starting from the 2nd trimester. Please let us know about your pregnancy when booking.
How often should I get a massage?
This varies from person to person. For prevention and stress relief, we recommend once a month. In case of specific issues, a more frequent series may be beneficial – we’re happy to advise you personally.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, TWINT, and card payments. For therapeutic treatments, you will receive a reimbursement receipt for your insurance claim.
